I have very small feet. Bought a full size up and they are narrow and tight - will break them in as they offer great support.Go a half size up. Extremely comfortable feels weird at first because your walking on the mesh balls in the heels and middle of your shoe. Once they are broke in they feel like your walking on clouds. Highly recommend for anyone with knee problems best running Nikes I've ever had!! They do run small please understand half size up will be highly recommended.this is my second time buying these shoes! i love them so much!!The shoe is great for grip and tread but the foam toe has busted off after wearing them twice.like trying to put on a girdle ( time warp reference?)I have never had a pair of Nikes ( or ANY fitness shoe!) be so hard to put on !continually a struggle, even after two months. Very comfortable ONCE On, but honestly dread using them & avoid taking them off. Even with a very ample pull strap, the heel collar folds inward, the opening isn’t wide enuf even when I lay the tongue & shoestrings wider than typical. The sole IS improved for MY preference, since no holes / grooves than catch & hold gravel, mud. But a like slippery on wet asphalt.The “dippin dot” cushion is minor gimmick , no rocket science cushioning feeling. The toe box was narrower than any previous Nike, but after break in, my toes have adjusted.“JOY Ride” wears you out getting them on.Love everything about this you, color, fit, and so very comfortable!I ordered 1/2 size larger per usual with nikes! I am usually a 10.5 in saucony but i always have to get 11 in Nike running shoes. They fit well length wise but my big toe felt like it needed more room in height, the front of the shoes hit too low. Hope that makes sense. Also, the back part of the heel was digging on the back but only on 1 shoe! very strange. had to return. they did feel cushiony though.My wife adored these. They fit like a glove and the details are awesome!I’m usually a 6 in shoes but had to go half a size up. Also fits pretty narrow so if you have wide feet it might be a little uncomfortable.
